Parent Handouts & Fact Sheets


The UW Center on Human Development and Disability and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Center have developed care guidelines and parent materials for low birth weight and extremely low birth weight babies. The Washington State Department of Health, Children with Special Health Care Needs Program funds these activities. Printed copies of all materials are available by calling Mary Bridge at (253) 403-5525 or downloading the materials as PDF files.
