Best Practices Guidelines for Early Intervention for Children Diagnosed with Hearing Loss were developed by a workgroup comprised of professionals and parents across Washington State with extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of early intervention for children with hearing loss. These guidelines will help ensure that families of infants diagnosed with hearing loss have easy access to the information they need to make informed choices, have access to unbiased information, and that they receive timely, quality intervention services.
