Coalition Performance Rating Scale |
A rating scale that is useful for all stages of community development. A healthy coalition will have ratings closer and closer to 10 as it evolves. A new coalition would have many items with low ratings, but this gives a good baseline. The goal is for a community to take this scale each year. It is distributed both electronically and at meetings. The key is to gather a critical mass of responses within a 30 day window. The results are always informative. |
